- Order entered for processing within 24-48 hours.
- Searches are returned to our underwriting department within 3 business days.
- Underwriting department reviews searches and prepares commitment within 2 business days.
- Commitment is sent to Lender/Broker/Attorneys via email.
- All documents required to satisfy requirements and exceptions are reviewed same day
received. - Closing Disclosure/Settlement Statement/HUD-1 is drafted, sent out to all parties, and the closing is scheduled.
- If a survey is requested it is ordered the same day and returned within 7-10 business
days.
